    At Seanfit, we offer personalized One-on-One Fitness Training tailored to your individual needs. Begin with a complimentary 30-minute evaluation to discuss your medical history, concerns, and fitness goals with our expert trainers. Choose between solo or partner sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, to achieve optimal results in a supportive environment.

  • IRISH STEP

    At Seanfit, our Irish Dance Strength Training program focuses on enhancing performance and preventing injuries through structured dynamic stretching, core strength, and targeted leg exercises. Dancers will learn essential strength-building techniques to enhance their power and stamina, helping them become more confident on stage.
